- 300 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- the zest of a lemon
- 8 tablespoons of water
- 4 tablespoons of Ardenghesche Hills extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sachet of yeast

Whip the yolks with the sugar and whip the egg whites separately. Add the lemon zest, water, oil, 150 g of flour, together with the yeast, to the yolks and mix well. Add the egg whites and incorporate the rest of the flour, stirring gently to obtain an even dough. Butter and flour a baking pan (diameter 22 cm) and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
